Illness can strike at any time whether we are young, middle-aged or old. Every day is a gift and we need to recognize that as a first step toward wellness. You need to realize that if you don’t put yourself as #1 on your to-do list, you won’t be any good to anyone else. And I have no doubt that many people rely on you as a key component in their life.
